Allerød, 2013-06-28 16:46 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pursuant to section 29 of
the Danish Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce that Matas A/S has been
notified that Svenska M Holding 1 AB’s holding of shares in Matas A/S at 28
June 2013 (following the transfers made in connection with the initial public
offering of Matas A/S) totals 13,262,845 shares with a total nominal value of
DKK 33,157,112.50 equivalent to 32.5% of the share capital and 32.5% of the
voting rights. 

Svenska M Holding 1 AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Svenska M Holding AB
which in turn is wholly owned by Mholdings S.à r.l. Mholdings S.à r.l. is owned
by the funds CVC European Equity Partners IV (A) L.P., CVC European Equity
Partners IV (B) L.P., CVC European Equity Partners IV (C) L.P., CVC European
Equity Partners IV (D) L.P. and CVC European Equity Partners IV (E) L.P. CVC
European Equity Partners IV (A) L.P. and CVC European Equity Partners IV (B)
L.P. are managed by their general partner CVC European Equity IV (AB) Limited
and CVC European Equity Partners IV (C) L.P., CVC European Equity Partners IV
(D) L.P. and CVC European Equity Partners IV (E) L.P. are managed by their
