Allerød, 2017-01-30 11:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pursuant to section 29 of the
Danish Securities Trading Act, we hereby announce that Matas A/S has been
notified that Schroders Plc through Schroder Investment Management (North
America) Limited reduced its holding of shares in Matas A/S to 1,935,230 shares
at 26 January 2017 equivalent to 4.925% of the share capital and 4.925% of the
voting rights.
