Matas A/S Decisions of extraordinary general meeting Result of the extraordinary general meeting held on 28 June 2013 Company announcement 4/2013 Allerød, 2013-06-28 06:13 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On Friday 28 June 2013 at 6.00 am CET an extraordinary general meeting of Matas A/S was held at the offices of Gorrissen Federspiel, H.C. Andersens Boulevard 12, DK-1553 Copenhagen V. As described in the offering circular, which was publicly announced by Matas A/S on 13 June 2013, an extraordinary general meeting has been held where Lars Vinge Frederiksen, Ingrid Jonasson Blank and Birgitte Nielsen were elected by the general meeting as new members of the Board of Directors in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal. Mads Pilgren, Christoffer H. Sjøqvist and Peter Törnquist had all decided to resign as members of the Board of Directors in connection with the general meeting as also described in the offering circular of 13 June 2013. Hereafter the Board of Directors consists of Lars Vinge Frederiksen, Søren Vestergaard-Poulsen, Lars Frederiksen, Ingrid Jonasson Blank and Birgitte Nielsen. Following the general meeting the Board of Directors appointed Lars Vinge Frederiksen as chairman and Søren Vestergaard-Poulsen as deputy chairman. The general meeting gave authorisation to file the resolutions with the Danish Business Authority.
