Total number of voting rights and share capital in Matas A/S

Allerød, 2016-08-31 09:28 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In accordance with Section
10 of the Danish Statutory Order on Issuers' Disclosure Obligations, Matas A/S
is required to publish the total number of voting rights and the size of the
share capital in the company as per the end of a month where changes have
occurred. 

As of 31 August, 2016, the share capital of Matas A/S is nominally DKK
98,228,730 divided into shares of DKK 2.50 each, corresponding to 39,291,492
shares. The total voting rights in the company are 39,291,492.
